I greatly enjoyed being there, everything was good.

The room I booked was unique and compact, complete with a beautiful view, comfortable bed, amenities provided. The location was great and comfortable, close to restaurants and canteens.

Particularly good and stunning location in a nice area not far from the Kawaguchiko train / bus station, the railway stations and the bus stations, and all local attractions. 15 minutes' walk to Yagizaki Park...

We were in a particularly good and excellent location not too far away from Kawaguchiko Bridge. The service was good, the food was different...

The hotel was in a perfect location, to the railway station in the shuttle. Moreover, it was adjacent to Lake Kawaguchi, the railway stations and the bus stations, and the lake and nearby restaurants and a grocery

The location was magnificent and unbeatable, very near to tourist spots with easy access to a market and a convenience store. Again, it was 2 miles from Fuji-q-Highland Park

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like!

Brand new with friendly staff, rooftop lounge with Mt. Fuji view. English spoken. Large comfortable beds. Convenient location near konbinis, pharmacy, and supermarket. Short walk to the lake and 20 minutes to the station, which is fine because of the amazing view.

Location was perfect, and the place was comfortable place for rest. Booked a room with beautiful views at sunset. The bathroom was decent sized, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was sincere, helpful, no reason to complain. Location: the hotel was very close to the railway stations and the bus stations, and the major sightseeing areas of Lake Kawaguchiko.

the room we had included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. the bed was comfy & the staff was super friendly. excellent and wonderful location walk from a bus stop, that was handy.

Nice styled units with a magnificent view over the mountain. Exceptionally good breakfast, variety of meals. Good and magnificent location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Yamanashi Gem Museum.

The location of the hotel was best possible - at a short distance from Kawaguchiko Bridge. Besides, I was close to mountains and lakes.

The location was favourable and stunning, by walk or take Red line bus in platform 1 with easy access to a supermarket and a convenience store. The room we got was neat and silent with a comfy bed, everything was very good.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is perfect, being close to the Shimoyoshida station and in a quiet area. It's convenient for those who want to explore the city and also for catching trains without having to worry about being late. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with all the amenities you need. And the best part is the amazing view of Mt. Fuji from the rooms. It's truly breathtaking and adds an extra touch of beauty to your stay. Lastly, the breakfast served here is top-notch. You can enjoy a delicious meal with a view of Fujisan, and they offer both Japanese and Western style options.

Everything was more than okay, absolutely nothing to complain about.
